Going to the Barre.

For the first challenge of New Year, I am heading to Pure Barre off of Nifong in Columbia. Barre workouts are a 55 minute workout done using a ballet barre. Using the barre for different techniques and moves, it tones, lifts and firms your whole body.

I am attending the Thursday night class this week at 6:40pm. Anyone’s first class is free as long as you sign up/call ahead of time and let them know you are new to the barre scene. I encourage you to check out their site here for their address, contact info, and descriptions on what to expect.
